NOVELTY - A graphene solution is filtered using a nylon microporous membrane filter and then vacuum-filtered and stripped, to obtain self-supporting flexible graphene film. The resulting graphene film is immersed in perchloric acid solution into a reactor, magnetically-stirred under ice bath condition, and then aniline monomer is added, and stirred. Ammonium persulfate is added to the reactor, ice-cool-stirred, polymerized, film is removed and washed using perchloric acid solution, and vacuum-dried in an oven, to obtain flexible graphene composite film. USE - Manufacture of flexible graphene composite film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides flexible graphene composite film having high super-capacitance and circulation stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene solution is filtered using a nylon microporous membrane filter and then vacuum-filtered and stripped, to obtain self-supporting flexible graphene film having thickness of 10 mu m or less. The resulting graphene film is immersed in perchloric acid solution into a reactor, magnetically-stirred under ice bath condition, and then aniline monomer is added, and stirred for 40 minutes. Ammonium persulfate is added to the reactor, ice-cool-stirred for 25 hours, polymerized, film is removed and washed using 0.1 mol/L perchloric acid solution, and vacuum-dried in an oven at 45 degrees C for 12 hours, to obtain flexible graphene composite film.
