NOVELTY - A device for directly preparing composite patterned graphene, comprises a reaction chamber, a heating device and a laser. The reaction chamber has at least two air intake devices in a tangential direction. The bottom of the reaction chamber is provided with an exhaust port for generating a rising spiral circulating airflow and a descending radial airflow. The radial air flow is exhausted by the exhaust port. A heating device is arranged on the radial air flow path in the reaction chamber. The heating device is used for growing graphene. The laser is used to generate a laser beam to produce a composite pattern of the grown graphene film. USE - Device for directly preparing composite patterned graphene. ADVANTAGE - The need to vacuum the closed container is eliminated. The time is saved.
