NOVELTY - The method involves detecting whether a foamed nickel is selected as a template. Graphene oxide is selected as a raw material to produce nickel-based three-dimensional graphene through a hydrothermal reaction. Nickel-based three-dimensional graphene is a conductive substrate. Polyaniline nanowires are loaded by electroplating to produce polyaniline nanowires/nickel-based three-dimensional graphene composites. Aniline nanowire/three-dimensional porous graphene electrode material producing process is performed. USE - Polyaniline nanowire/three-dimensional porous graphene electrode material manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving supercapacitors manufacturing effect, capacitance degree, energy density and power density.
