▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing a hydroxylated graphene aqueous polyurethane anticorrosive coating, involves (a) stirring a proper amount of graphene powder in an aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide and vanadium pentoxide with a pH of 3-5, carrying out stirring and ultrasonically processing to obtain hydroxylated graphene solution, washing, filtering and freeze-drying to obtain the hydroxylated graphene powder, (b) dispersing the hydroxylated graphene in aqueous polyurethane, and (c) testing the coating film for corrosion resistance. USE - The method is used preparing a hydroxylated graphene aqueous polyurethane anticorrosive coating, which is used in steel and iron. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent adhesion and mechanical properties such as flexibility and abrasion resistance, has outstanding protective effect in acid, alkali, salt and other chemical media, and has excellent salt spray corrosion resistance in simulated marine environment experimental conditions.
