▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing antistatic surfaced polyimide/graphene composite film, comprises: preparing graphene oxide solution; preparing a polyamic acid film; and carrying out spin coating of graphene oxide solution on the polyamic acid film with a speed of 350-5000 rotations/minute at 100-120 degrees C, 200-220 degrees C and 300-350 degrees C for 1-3 hours (at every temperature stage), soaking the membrane in boiling water for 10-50 minutes, and then peeling off the film. USE - The polyimide composite film is useful in the field of chemical products, microelectronic components and aerospace devices (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film is simple and economical to prepare, and has high mechanical and antistatic property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing antistatic surfaced polyimide/graphene composite film, comprises: (i) adding natural graphite into concentrated sulfuric acid under ice water bath condition, stirring mechanically and adding sodium nitrate, continuing to stir by heating to 30-50 degrees C, adding an oxidizing agent potassium permanganate, reacting for 10-30 minutes, diluting with water, heating to 80-100 degrees C by refluxing for 20-60 minutes, washing the undissolved impurities using hydrogen peroxide and hydrochloric acid, then washing with water, carrying out centrifugal separation of graphite oxide, then drying the graphite oxide, dissolving the graphite oxide (before use) in anhydrous hydrazine solvent, then carrying out ultrasonic treatment and centrifugation and collecting the graphene oxide solution; (ii) rapidly mixing diamine and organic solvent, then adding dianhydride and stirring to obtain a polyamic acid solution, coating the polyamic acid solution on a clean glass substrate, carrying out vacuum heating at 50-85 degrees C for 1-4 hours to obtain a polyamic acid film, then coating the polyamic acid on the clean glass substrate and vacuum heating at 50-85 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain a polyamic acid film; and (iii) carrying out spin coating of graphene oxide solution on the polyamic acid film with a speed of 350-5000 rotations/minute at 100-120 degrees C, 200-220 degrees C and 300-350 degrees C for 1-3 hours (at every temperature stage), soaking the membrane in boiling water for 10-50 minutes, and then peeling off the film.
