NOVELTY - Method for preparing modified epoxy resin material by (i) adding epoxy resin powder to organic solvent, adding dispersant for ultrasonic reaction for 2-4 hours to obtain epoxy resin suspension, (ii) dripping alkali solution to the epoxy resin suspension, performing microwave reaction for 3-4 hours, and leaving still, (iii) adding graphene material and calcium carbonate material to deionized water, performing ultrasonic reaction for 4-5 hours to obtain mixed modified solution, (iv) dripping the mixed modified solution to obtained alkalized epoxy resin suspension, and adding acetic acid and initiator for microwave reaction for 2-4 hours to obtain mixed modified epoxy resin solution and (v) distilling the mixed modified epoxy resin solution under reduced pressure for 1-2 hours, adding stabilizer for micro-boiling reaction for 30-60 minutes, conducting secondary distillation, discharging, cooling, transferring cooled mixture to twin-screw extruder for melt extrusion and die-cutting. USE - Method for preparing modified epoxy resin material. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple production process and high production efficiency, and is easy to realize industrial scale production, improves mechanical strength, impact resistance, and elongation at break and impact strength of the hard epoxy resin.
