▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A metal oxide-loaded hollow graphene microsphere catalyst is prepared by (a) adding graphite oxide to deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing, (b) adding ascorbic acid to graphene oxide dispersion, ultrasonically dispersing, reducing to obtain graphene dispersion and adding metal ions-containing compound to graphene dispersion, and (c) placing metal ions-doped graphene dispersion in spray drier, spray-drying for 1-1.5 seconds and collecting solid product. USE - The metal oxide-loaded hollow graphene microsphere catalyst is useful for catalytic oxidation reaction of hydrogen peroxide for degradation of organic pollutants in water (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The metal oxide-loaded hollow graphene microsphere catalyst can be prepared in a simple manner with high yield and performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A metal oxide-loaded hollow graphene microsphere catalyst is prepared by (a) adding 2-6 g/l graphite oxide to deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing at 40-60 Hz for 1-3 hours to form graphene oxide dispersion, (b) adding 2-10 g/l ascorbic acid to graphene oxide dispersion, ultrasonically dispersing at 40-60 Hz for 1-3 hours, reducing at 30-60 degrees C for 8-24 hours to obtain graphene dispersion, adding 0.5-1 g/l metal ions-containing compound to graphene dispersion to obtain metal ions-doped graphene dispersion, and (c) placing metal ions-doped graphene dispersion in a spray drier at inlet temperature of 230-250 degrees C, outlet temperature of 150-160 degrees C and flow rate of 12-20 ml/minute, spray-drying for 1-1.5 seconds and collecting solid product. The metal ions in metal ions-containing compound are iron, zinc, copper, manganese, nickel or cobalt. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) use of metal oxide-loaded hollow graphene microsphere catalyst for catalytic oxidation reaction of hydrogen peroxide for degradation of organic pollutants in water; and (2) hollow graphene microspheres.
