NOVELTY - A method for flocculation of white carbon black filled natural latex involves (S1) putting white carbon black powder and a silane coupling agent into a grinder, grinding for 0.2-3 hours in a normal temperature environment to 60℃, sieving to get white carbon black powder with uniform particle size, and heating at 30-260℃ for 1-12 hours to obtain modified white carbon black powder, (S2) adding the modified white carbon black powder to water, putting the mixture into an emulsifying machine, uniformly mixing, and emulsifying for 0.2-2 hours to get a white carbon black slurry, and (S3) mixing the white carbon black slurry with natural latex, uniformly stirring by a stirrer, inserting two electrodes connected with a power supply into the mixed solution for fixing, controlling electrophoresis time to be 0.5-5 hours, coating the natural rubber masterbatch filled with the white carbon black on the cathode surface, and taking down the cathode after the experiment is finished. USE - The method is useful for flocculation of white carbon black filled natural latex. ADVANTAGE - The flocculation method avoids the use of a flocculating agent, reduces influence of sizing materials and environmental pollution, improves dispersibility of the white carbon black in the rubber, and has the advantages of simple process, high production efficiency and no flocculant. The using amount of the white carbon black can reach > 20 phr, and the requirements of eco-friendly production are met.
