NOVELTY - Polysiloxane antifoaming agent comprises 30-50 pts. wt. polyborosiloxane,15-30 pts. wt. phenylmethylsiloxane, 2-4 pts. wt. carboxylated graphene oxide, 1-1 pts. wt. methacrylamide, 1-5 pts. wt. dispersant, and 2-1 pts. wt. thickening agent, where the antifoaming agent is further added with nano silicon dioxide, the added amount of nano silicon dioxide is 6-9 times of graphene oxide, the water soaking time 80℃ of the nano silicon dioxide is T, and the T is ≯ 50 seconds. USE - Used as polysiloxane antifoaming agent. ADVANTAGE - The anti-foaming agent has better defoaming effect by promoting the dispersion effect of inorganic filler nano silicon dioxide and graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polysiloxane antifoaming agent, comprising (i) mixing polyborosiloxane, phenylmethylsiloxane, dispersant, carboxylated graphene oxide and nano-silica, stirring at a speed of 400-500 revolutions/minute for 50-60 minutes to obtain an primary mixture, (ii) placing methacrylamide into the primary mixture under stirring at a speed of 500-700 revolutions/minute for 10-15 minutes, reducing the rotating speed to 100-150 revolutions/minute, and heating the system temperature to 80-90℃, stirring and reacting for 160-180 minutes, and reducing carboxylated graphene oxide to obtain graphene, adding the remaining raw materials during the stirring reaction process, and reacting to obtain intermediate product, and (iii) adding the thickening agent into the intermediate, adding process keeping stirring speed is 300-400 revolutions/minute for 10-15 minutes, reducing the rotating speed to 50-60 revolutions/minute, and cooling to room temperature, and discharging.
