NOVELTY - Front-side silver paste doped with graphene comprises 90-98 wt.% silver powder, 1-8 wt.% glass powder, 0.5-1 wt.% graphene, 1-10 wt.% organic vehicle, 0.1-5 wt.% additives and 0.1-1 wt.% solvent, where the sheet diameter of the graphene is 50-300 nanometer. USE - Front-side silver paste doped with graphene used in solar cells (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The front-side silver paste doped with graphene has good application prospect and ultra-high conductivity, and improves the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a graphene-doped front silver paste, which involves: (A) combining the silver powder, glass powder, graphene, organic carrier, auxiliary and solvent to obtain a mixture; (B) dispersing mixture to obtain pre-dispersion; and (C) rolling and pressing the pre-dispersion to obtain final product.
