NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene thermal conductive film involves mixing graphene oxide, magnesium powder, diethylenetriamine and catalyst, adding deionized water in beaker, reacting, filtering to obtain solid phase filter, adding filter to beaker containing sodium hydroxide solution, oscillating to obtain graphene oxide suspension, centrifuging to obtain solid-liquid mixture, filtering, collecting upper graphene oxide colloidal suspension, adding to beaker, adding ethylenediamine and N,N-diisopropylethylamine, heating, filtering, placing the film with filter in oven, drying, and cooling. USE - Preparation of graphene thermal conductive film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene thermal conductive film with small lamellar gap and high thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of graphene thermal conductive film involves grinding and sieving graphene oxide, mixing graphene oxide, magnesium powder, diethylenetriamine and catalyst, adding deionized water in beaker, reacting to obtain reaction solution (A), leaving still the reaction solution at low temperature, filtering to obtain solid phase filter, adding solid phase filter to beaker containing sodium hydroxide solution, mixing, placing in an ultrasonic oscillator for ultrasonic oscillation to obtain graphene oxide suspension, centrifuging, leaving still at room temperature to obtain solid-liquid mixture, filtering to remove the lower layer of solid-phase substance in centrifuge tube, collecting the upper homogeneous stable graphene oxide colloidal suspension, adding collected graphene oxide colloidal suspension to beaker containing an ethanol solution, adding ethylenediamine and N,N-diisopropylethylamine to a beaker, mixing, heating in heated bath, cooling the reaction solution (B), washing reaction solution (B) until neutral, filtering through a microporous membrane, forming thin film on surface of microporous membrane, placing the film with filter in the oven, drying at room temperature, cooling, and taking out the membrane from the filter.
