NOVELTY - A graphene-based electronic apparatus comprises primary electrode containing three-dimensional open-cell graphene structure formed by chemical vapor deposition on a metal foam substrate. USE - Graphene-based electronic apparatus e.g. capacitor e.g. electrical double layer capacitor and faradaic capacitor. Uses include but are not limited to keyboard, mouse, pen, touch input device, printer, scanner, compact disc, hard disk drive, floppy disk, personal computer, etc. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based electronic apparatus has excellent energy density, chemical stability and specific capacitance.
