NOVELTY - Breathable high-elastic mask fabric comprises an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer, where the upper layer and lower layer are non-woven fabrics. The middle layer is a composite film. USE - Breathable high-elastic mask fabric used for preventing virus and bacteria of propagation path from flying foam, for preventing human from being invasied by bacteria. ADVANTAGE - The breathable high-elastic mask fabric has antibacterial property, enhancing filterability, air permeability and anti-fouling property and enhances the elasticity and heat resistance of the non-woven fabric. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a breathable high-elastic mask fabric, which involves: a. mixing pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid and absolute ethanol in a mass ratio of 3:15-3:20, adjusting the pH to 6-7 with ammonia water, and dropping the mass fraction at a rate of 5-8 ml/minutes 3-8 wt.% calcium nitrate ethanol solution, the molar ratio of pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid and calcium nitrate is 3:2-3:2.2, adjust pH to 6-7 with ammonia water, adding pyridine-2, amino graphene oxide with 3-5 times mass of 3-dicarboxylic acid, stirring and reacting at 50-80 rpm for 24-36 hours, left standing for 5-8 hours after the reaction, suction filtering and washing with absolute ethanol for 3-5 times, washing with acetone 3-5 times, transferring to a drying oven at 50-60℃ and drying to constant weight to obtain modified graphene oxide; b. mixing polybutylene terephthalate, modified graphene oxide, and tannic acid in a mass ratio of 40:8:3-50:15:7, placing in a high-speed blender, at 90-120℃, stirring at 600-1000rpm for 10-20 minutes, then transferring to the wire drawing machine, drawing through the spinneret hole to form a long fiber web, hot-pressing long fiber web by a hot press machine, cooling and shaping to obtain non-woven fabric, cutting to form the same size, that is, the upper layer and the lower layer c. mixing deionized water, potassium carbonate and 4-aminophthalic acid and stirring to dissolve in a mass ratio of 7:1:1.5-8:1.5:3, adding 4-aminophthalic acid in 5-8 times thiourea trioxide with a mass of 0.8-0.9 times, the interval time is 10-15 minutes, performing reaction at room temperature for 4-6 hours, allowing to stand for 24 hours, filtering and washing with acetone for 3-5 times, and then dispersing in 4-aminophthalic acid to 8-10 times the mass of deionized water, heating to 80-90℃, stirring until dissolved, adding 0.4-0.5 times mass of 4-aminophthalic acid and hydrochloric acid solution with a mass fraction of 36-38%, reacting for 0.5-1 hours, filtering while hot, and standing for 10-12 hours, then cooling down to 4-5℃, filtering and vacuum drying at 80-90℃ to obtain 4-guanidinophthalic acid hydrochloride; d. mixing methylene chloride, dimethylformamide, hydroxypolylactic acid and 4-guanidinophthalic acid hydrochloride in a mass ratio of 8:2:1.5:0.5-8:2:3:1.5, stirring at 30-50 rpm for 1-3 hours to obtain an electrospinning solution, and performing electrospinning to obtain a composite film; and e. laying the lower layer, the composite film and the upper layer in sequence, and after scraping the edges, pressing on a hot press at 90-120℃ for 3-5 minutes, cooling down to room temperature, then soaking in acetone solution with a mass fraction of 90-95%, soaking for 4-6 minutes, taking out and air-drying to obtain product.
