▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A feedback cell comprises a high-dielectric-constant ferroelectric two-dimensional superconductor or ferroelectric-metal placed between two similar or dissimilar materials and has an electrical potential difference which increases during discharge with a load from below to above room temperatures. USE - Feedback cell is used for storing electrostatic and electrochemical energy, preferably as energy harvester and energy storage device, and portion of transistor, computer, photovoltaic cell or panel, wind turbine, vehicle, ship, satellite, airplane, remote access circuit, building, smart grid, electric power transmission, transformer, power storage device, and electric motor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The feedback cell combines the two-dimensional superconductor behavior induced by a ferroelectric metal with a quantum Hall effect spontaneously induced around the surface and interfaces with the two electrodes. The cell is not dependent on a gradient or on a temperature fluctuation. It works at constant temperature, but it can be enhanced by a temperature gradient or fluctuation, and works at a constant temperature. It is capable of showing a zero electrical resistance, electrical superconductivity, and high dielectric constant. It can store electrostatic and electrochemical energy. It harvests kinetic energy and heat. It has thermoelectric phenomena that can potentiate the output power.
