NOVELTY - The heating panel comprises a thermally conductive plate, a thermally insulating support plate, and a graphene heating layer. The thermally insulating support plate supports the thermally conductive plate along a circumferential edge. The graphene heating layer is located in a cavity surrounded by the heat conducting plate and the heat insulating support plate and is partially provided on a lower surface of the heat conducting plate. A heating electrode is connected to the graphene heating layer. The heating electrode is used for connecting with a power source to provide the graphene heating layer with electric energy required for heating.
