NOVELTY - Method for preparing easy-to-dye nylon organza fabric, involves (a) grinding attapulgite and graphene at high-speed in high-speed ball mill to obtain nano-level mixed powder, (b) dry grinding thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer and zinc oxide to obtain micron-level mixed powder, (c) adding emulsifier to sodium bicarbonate solution, and uniformly stirring, (d) adding nano-level mixed powder and micron-level mixed powder to solution obtained in step (c), uniformly stirring at 3000-5000 rpm to obtain suspension, and freeze-drying to obtain polyamide modified powder, (e) slicing polyamide 6 to powder, blending and granulating polyamide 6 in obtained polyamide modified powder to obtain modified polyamide fiber slice, (f) drying modified polyamide fiber slices, and melt spinning to obtain tow, (g) performing drafting and shaping treatment on tow using three pairs of heat rollers to obtain modified polyamide fibers, and (h) taking modified polyamide fiber as warp and weft, and weaving. USE - Method for preparing easy-to-dye nylon organza fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method increases the crispness and coloring performance of fiber, increases the fixing effect of fiber, enhances anti-UV properties of fiber, is beneficial to fusion of nano-level mixed powder and micro-level mixed powder and beneficial to coloring uniformity of nylon fiber, and the prepared nylon organza fabric adopts disperse yellow rubine GFL organic dyes, and ensures soaping color fastness to level 5 and excellent dyeing effect.
