▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of iron oxide/graphene oxide nanocomposite material comprises preparing inorganic iron salt solution, adding graphene oxide hydrogel to obtain suspension, hydrothermally reacting to obtain hydrated iron oxide nanoparticles and oxidized graphene, orderly drying and calcining. USE - Method for preparing iron oxide/graphene nanocomposite material used for electrode material of supercapacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has diameter of 3-6 nm, average length of 55 nm, higher specific capacitance of 680 F/g and good life cycle reaching to 2000 cycles.
