NOVELTY - Method for producing high tensile polypropylene net-shaped filling rope involves (a) mixing and extruding 85-10 wt.% polypropene resin, 10-15 wt% graphene flame retardant, 3-3 wt%.% fire retardant and 2-2 wt.% defoaming agent, (b) pouring the mixture into the hopper of the extruder, mixing, extruding, (c) cooling the poly-propylene film body by cold material, crystallizing, and flattening, (d) drawing the cutting film by the drafting machine, flattening the cutting blade, (e) cutting the cooled film into different widths, (f) stretching the stretched poly-polypropylene fiber silk body into a net-shape poly-propanediber silk body by pulling the net, so that the flexible poly-perplaned fiber silk structure has a certain flexibility, (g) rolling, doubling and rolling the shaped fiber wire body, passing through the doubling machine and stranding. USE - The method is useful for producing high tensile polypropylene net-shaped filling rope, which is useful as a common tool in life and industrial production. ADVANTAGE - The high tensile polypropylene net-shaped filling rope has excellent anti-stretching performance, strength, flexibility and flame retardance, and is manufactured by simple and economical process.
