▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene by pyrolysis of iron-modified phenolic resin involves taking iron-modified phenolic resin under the protection of inert gas, and controlling the heating rate to 15-30 degrees C, raising the temperature to 800-1500 degrees C, pyrolyzing for 2.5-10 hours to obtain graphene. The preparation process of the iron-modified phenolic resin involves mixing phenolic compounds, aldehyde compounds and alkaline catalysts uniformly to obtain intermediate products. A chelating agent is added to the intermediate product, reacted at 85-95 degrees C for 25-30 minutes, then adjusted the pH of the reaction system to 6-8, and added ferrocene for modification. The reaction temperature is controlled from 55-65 degrees C, and stirred reaction for 50-100 minutes to obtain water-containing iron-modified phenolic resin. The water-containing iron-modified phenolic resin is taken for dehydration under reduced pressure, and added ethanol or ethylene glycol to adjust the viscosity to obtain the iron-modified phenolic resin. USE - Method for preparing graphene by pyrolysis of iron-modified phenolic resin. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene by pyrolysis of iron-modified phenolic resin, where yield of iron-modified phenolic resin is above 83%, and the efficiency of catalytic pyrolysis of iron-modified phenolic resin to prepare graphene is relatively high.
