▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method for rapid preparation of graphene/silver sulfide quantum dot nanocomposites involves adding graphene oxide to silver nitrate, uniformly mixing, dispersing the mixture in dimethyl sulfoxide solution to obtain a solution (A), adding graphene oxide to the solution (A) and then ultrasonically peeling, centrifuging the mixture and then separating, transferring the mixture to an autoclave and then reacting at 150-200 degrees C for 10-15 hours, washing the mixture using acetone and ethanol and distilled water, centrifuging the mixture, and drying under vacuum. USE - The method is useful for rapid preparation of graphene/silver sulfide quantum dot nanocomposites (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The energy-saving method enables rapid and simple preparation of graphene/silver sulfide quantum dot nanocomposites with high yield, and excellent stability and optoelectronic properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The method for rapid preparation of graphene/silver sulfide quantum dot nanocomposites involves adding graphene oxide to silver nitrate in a mass ratio of 1:1-2, uniformly mixing, dispersing the mixture in dimethyl sulfoxide solution to obtain a solution (A), adding graphene oxide to the solution (A) and then ultrasonically peeling, centrifuging the mixture and then separating, transferring the mixture to an autoclave and then reacting at 150-200 degrees C for 10-15 hours, washing the mixture using acetone, ethanol and distilled water and then ultrasonically cleaning, centrifuging the mixture, and drying under vacuum. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene/silver sulfide quantum dot nanocomposites prepared by the method.
