NOVELTY - An anticorrosion coating with self-repairing function, comprises 1-7 %mass coupling agent, 0.2-0.6 %mass acetic acid, 2-10 %mass mixed solution (s1) comprising 8-12 %mass cerium oxide particles, 8-12 %mass graphene and 76-84 %mass cerium nitrate solution, 2-10 %mass deionized water, and remainder of methanol. USE - Coating is used for forming anticorrosion and self-repairing metal plate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosion coating has self-repairing function. The traces of the coating scratch and damage caused by the mixed solution containing graphene and cerium oxide can be self-repaired to enhance anticorrosion ability of the coating and strengthen the protective effect of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: preparation of the anticorrosion coating with self-repairing function, which involves (i) dispersing cerium oxide particles and graphene powder in the cerium nitrate solution and stirring uniformly to obtain solution (s1), and (ii) mixing the coupling agent, acetic acid, solution (s1) and methanol, stirring for 0.8-1.2 hour and maintaining for 22-26 hours; and an anticorrosion and self-repairing metal plate, which is formed by coating a surface of a metal plate with the anticorrosion coating with self-repairing function.
