NOVELTY - The electrical conductor has a first conductive layer that includes graphene and a second conductive layer that includes a conductive metal nanowire, which are disposed on a substrate. The first conductive layer is disposed between the substrate and the second conductive layer or on the second conductive layer. The first conductive layer has a first surface facing the second conductive layer and a second surface which is opposite to the first surface. The graphene is p-doped with a p-type dopant formed in the first surface and the second surface. USE - Electrical conductor for use in electronic devices (claimed), such as a flat panel display, a touch screen panel, a solar cell, an electronic-window, an electrochromic mirror, a heat mirror, a transparent transistor, or a flexible display. ADVANTAGE - The electrical conductor includes graphene which provides high thermal conductivity, high charge carrier mobility and excellent mechanical properties. The electrical conductor has dual p-doped graphene which has a lower sheet resistance even at a relatively high level of light transmittance, which decreases parallel resistance. The electrical conductor has improved conductivity at relatively high light transmittance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a method of producing an electrical conductor; and (2) an electronic device that comprises an electrical conductor.
