▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing bacteriostatic gel containing graphene oxide, involves (i) adding graphene oxide to deionized water for ultrasonic dispersion to obtain solution (A), (ii) dissolving sodium chloride, potassium chloride, disodium hydrogen phosphate and dipotassium hydrogen phosphate and adjusting the pH value of the solution using hydrochloric acid to obtain solution (B), (iii) uniformly mixing sodium alginate powder and chitosan powder to obtain a mixed powder (C) and (iv) adding mixed powder (C) to solution (B) and adding solution (A), heating the whole system and stirring to obtain the solution (D). USE - The bacteriostatic gel containing graphene oxide is used for inhibiting microorganism growth. ADVANTAGE - The bacteriostatic gel optimizes efficiency of alginate gel and solves the functional defects of alginate gel. The method requires low-cost and wide-ranging natural polymer materials such as chitosan, which not only solves the problems of toxicity and environmental protection, promotes graphene in the gel, improves mechanical properties and anti-cracking properties of gel, enables gel to have long-term antibacterial ability and achieves long-term control of bacterial infection, ensures simple preparation method and does not have biological toxicity.
