▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing conductive filler comprises mixing an aqueous solution of epoxidized natural rubber latex and aminated graphene under a first acidic condition, carrying out a cross-linking reaction to obtain a first mixture, subjecting the first mixture, aniline monomer and initiator to catalytic polymerization reaction under the second acidic condition. USE - The method is useful for preparing conductive filler, which is useful in composite conductive material. ADVANTAGE - The method: ensures establishing a complete conductive path, and the spherical epoxidized natural rubber latex particle has a certain elasticity, and the tensile deformation still keeps the integrity of the conductive path. The composite conductive material has good conductive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a conductive filler; (2) a composite conductive material comprising a base body and the conductive filler, where the conductive filler is filled in the base body, preferably, the substrate comprises rubber, synthetic glue or plastic; (3) a method for preparing composite conductive rubber comprising mixing rubber solution with the conductive filer, adding vulcanizing agent, mixing and stirring to obtain mixed solution, drying the mixed solution into powder, and hot-pressing the powder to obtain the product.
