NOVELTY - A resin laminate (1) consists of a foamed resin layer (4) and a reinforced resin layer (2) laminated on main surface (4a) in the side of foamed resin layer. The layer (2) comprises a carbon material containing synthetic resin (a1) and a graphene laminated structure. The content of carbon material is 5-150 pts. wt. with respect to 100 pts. wt. resin (a1). The foamed resin layer has an expansion ratio of 3-30 cc/g. The temperature showing the peak value of tan- delta in a dynamic viscoelasticity measurement of foamed resin layer is -10-30 degrees C. USE - Resin laminate. Uses include but are not limited to construction material, motor vehicle, aircraft, and boats and ships. ADVANTAGE - The resin laminate has excellent damping property.
