▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene composite antibacterial fiber involves (1) adding graphene oxide to ethanol aqueous solution after plasma treatment, stirring, adding N- beta -(aminoethyl)- gamma -aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane and water, stirring and reacting for 3-4 hours to obtain reaction solution (A), drying the filter residue obtained after filtering the reaction solution (A) at 80 degrees C to obtain aminated graphene, (2) adding the aminated graphene to water, stirring, adding glycidyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, heating to 80 degrees C, reacting for 1-2 hours to obtain reaction solution (B), drying the filter residue obtained after filtering the reaction solution at 80 degrees C to obtain quaternized graphene, (3) adding the quaternized graphene and ionic liquid to ethanol, stirring to obtain a quaternized graphene solution, immersing the polyester fiber in the quaternized graphene solution and transferring to the microwave reactor, taking out after microwave treatment for 3 minutes, padding and drying. USE - Graphene composite antibacterial fiber. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite antibacterial fiber has excellent antibacterial properties and washing resistance.
