▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of high electrical strength polyolefin-based composite insulating material involves (1) weighing of polyolefin base material, filler, coupling agent and crosslinking agent, and setting aside, (2) melting the polyolefin base material in a torque rheometer for 10-20 minutes, (3) adding weighed filler, coupling agent and cross-linking agent to the molten polyolefin base material, blending for 10-30 minutes, and cooling to room temperature. USE - Preparation of high electrical strength polyolefin-based composite insulating material. ADVANTAGE - The electrical strength of polyolefin-based composite insulating material is improved under the condition of extremely low filler weight percentage. The design difficulty and production cost of high-voltage power cables are reduced. The long-term operational reliability of polyolefin-based power cables is improved.
