USE - Preparation of graphene/titanium dioxide composite material used for lithium ion battery cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/titanium dioxide composite material is economically prepared with excellent conductivity and electrochemical lithium storage capacity, and high energy density and cyclic characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene/titanium dioxide composite material involves preparing graphite oxide nanosheet, preparing the graphene/titanium dioxide composite material, dispersing the prepared graphite oxide nano sheet in the ethanol solution, ultrasonic processing for 20 minutes to form suspension solution, providing anatase titanium oxide as titanium source, adding the sodium hydroxide solvent for 2 hours, mixing and stirring graphene oxide suspension solution into the titanium oxide solution, stirring for 2-3 hours in the mixed solution to hydrothermal kettle, reacting at 180-250 degrees C for 18-24 hours, adding obtained product in the deionized water, washing with deionized water, soaking sulfuric acid solution with concentration of 0.2-0.3 mol/L for 10-20 minutes, soaking with mechanical stirring, then filtering, washing using absolute ethyl alcohol and deionized water, and vacuum drying for more than 12 hours at 80 degrees C.
