▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Solid oxidizer is mixed with liquid oxidizer, and graphite is added and subjected to oxidation-intercalation. The obtained product is washed and graphite subjected to oxidation-intercalation is leached. Resultant mixture is added into nitrate aqueous solution, and water bath reaction is carried out to obtain multiple graphite intercalated compound. Under ultrasonication function, uniform dispersion of graphene sheets is realized using dispersing agent. Resultant mixture is centrifugally separated to obtain solution of graphene sheets containing 5-10 sheet layers. USE - Method for quickly preparing graphene sheet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently forms graphene sheets at high speed by consuming large amount of energy. The graphite structure is damaged easily due to over oxidation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Solid oxidizer is mixed with liquid oxidizer, and graphite is added into the mixed solution. The resultant mixture is subjected to oxidation-intercalation at 30 degrees C for 30 minutes, washed and graphite subjected to oxidation-intercalation is leached. The resultant mixture is added into nitrate aqueous solution having concentration of 10-40 %mass, and water bath reaction is carried out to obtain multiple graphite intercalated compound, such that the mass ratio of nitrate with respect to graphite is 10:5-15. After washing and leaching the multiple graphite intercalated compound, ultrasonic processing in water solution is carried out, and ultrasonic cavitation function is utilized to realize stripping of graphite sheet layers. Under ultrasonication function, uniform dispersion of graphene sheets is realized using an anionic surfactant as dispersing agent. The resultant mixture is subjected to centrifugal separation to obtain solution of graphene sheets containing 5-10 sheet layers.
