NOVELTY - An aqueous polyurethane coating comprises 80-90 pts. wt. component (A) comprising 15-35 pts. wt. deionized water, 4-10 pts. wt. graphene sol, 8-12 pts. wt. filming aid, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 2.5-5.5 pts. wt. defoamer, 0.5- 1.5 pts. wt. leveling agent, 45-55 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane emulsion and 1-3 pts. wt. thickener, 10-20 pts. wt. component (B) comprising 30-50 pts. wt. propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 45-65 pts. wt. aqueous polyisocyanate curing agent, 2-6 pts. wt. anti-flash rust agent, and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. defoamer. USE - Aqueous polyurethane coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating is stable for a long time under high temperature, acidity and alkaline conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of aqueous polyurethane coating, which involves (1) adding a graphene sol to deionized water while stirring at 800-1000 rpm for 25-35 minutes, adding a film forming aid to the obtained product of step a while stirring at 800-1000 rpm for 15-20 minutes, adding a dispersing agent, stirring at 800-1000 rpm for 15-20 minutes, adding an antifoaming agent while stirring at 800-1000 rpm for 25-35 minutes, adding a leveling agent while stirring at 800-1000 rpm for 15-20 minutes, adding an aqueous polyurethane emulsion while stirring at 800-1000 rpm for 15-20 minutes, adding a thickener while stirring at 1000-1200 rpm for 30-40 minutes, and obtaining component (A). (2) mixing propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and aqueous polyisocyanate curing agent, stirring at 800-1000 rpm for 15-20 minutes, adding anti-flash rust agent while stirring at 800-1000 rpm for 15-20 minutes, adding an antifoaming agent while stirring at 800-1000 rpm for 30-40 minutes, and obtaining component (boron), and (3) mixing the component (A) and the component (B) uniformly.
