NOVELTY - A three-dimensional structure graphene/carbon nanotube hybrid carbon material is prepared by taking divalent metal salt, carbon source precursor and precipitator, adding water, dissolving, obtaining mixed solution, carrying out hydrothermal reaction, obtaining suspension, centrifuging, washing, drying, obtaining dried powder precursor, carbonizing, adding melamine compound, mixing, obtaining black powder, and carrying out acid treatment. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional structure graphene/carbon nanotube hybrid carbon material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, low-cost and suitable for industrialization.
