NOVELTY - Preparation method of graphene oxide composite proton exchange membrane involves (a) mixing an aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide with polymer solution, ultrasonically processing and leaving for 0.5-3 hours to obtain graphene oxide nanocomposite dispersion, and (b) carrying out suction filtration and film formation reaction on graphene oxide nanocomposite dispersion, removing graphene oxide nanocomposite film from base film and soaking in aqueous solution of hydroiodic acid and treating with acid to obtain long-polymer proton transmission channel-containing proton exchange membrane. USE - Method is useful for preparing graphene oxide composite proton exchange membrane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method ensures Simple and environmentally-friendly preparation of graphene oxide composite proton exchange membrane with high performance, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation method of graphene oxide composite proton exchange membrane involves (a) mixing 5-100 ml an aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide with 0.5-10 ml polymer solution, ultrasonically processing for 0.5-3 hours and leaving for 0.5-3 hours to obtain graphene oxide nanocomposite dispersion, and (b) carrying out suction filtration and film formation reaction on graphene oxide nanocomposite dispersion under 0.05-1 MPa, removing graphene oxide nanocomposite film from base film and soaking in 5-55 wt.% aqueous solution of hydroiodic acid for 1-20 minutes and treating with acid at 20-90 degrees C for 0.5-4 hours to obtain long-polymer proton transmission channel-containing proton exchange membrane. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for proton exchange membrane prepared by the method, which has long-polymer proton transmission channel.
