▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The film roll-to-roll production method involves unwinding first polyethylene terephthalate, second polyethylene terephthalate, and copper foil with graphene layer through the reel respectively. The copper foil unwinding correction system uses a detection sensor to sense the edge position of the copper foil. A manual docking platform is provided for the tail end of the upper roll of first polyethylene terephthalate or copper foil and the front end of the lower roll of second polyethylene terephthalate or copper foil. The graphene-combined first polyethylene terephthalate, copper foil and second polyethylene terephthalate are respectively guided to the tension control system. The water on the surface of second polyethylene terephthalate, and the first polyethylene terephthalate and copper foil which are guided to the tension control system respectively enter the first polyethylene terephthalate winding system and the copper foil winding system. USE - Film roll-to-roll production method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of thin film roll with high production efficiency by environmentally-friendly process.
