NOVELTY - Preparing conductive Orlon(Acrylic fiber), comprises uniformly dispersing graphene, conductive carbon black and carbon nano-tube in sodium thiocyanate solvent, configuring as mixed conductive agent, uniformly mixing the mixed conductive agent and the spinning raw liquid in a high-speed shearing machine, measuring the mixed spinning raw liquid by a spinning metering pump and then extruding through a spinneret hole, forming primary fibers in a coagulation bath, then cold drafting, water washing and heat drafting, drying, densifying fibers, curling, oiling, steaming, and shaping to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing conductive Orlon (Acrylic fiber), used in household clothes, tent, curtain, curtain cloth and outdoor fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method produces conductive Orlon(Acrylic fiber) that has good conductivity, and strength and other indicators of the fiber corresponds to indicators of high value, and prepares fixed conductive agent with good dispersion stability in spinning raw liquid.
