NOVELTY - Preparation of nickel oxide/graphene oxide composite material involves adding sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate and polyvinylpyrrolidone to distilled water to obtain mixed dispersion liquid, adding prepared graphene oxide and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, dispersing the obtained mixture ultrasonically to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adding nickel nitrate hexahydrate and urea to obtained dispersion liquid, transferring the obtained to reactor, placing reaction mixture in thermostatic drying oven, filtering cooled mixture, drying washed product and calcining. USE - Preparation of nickel oxide/graphene oxide composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares nickel oxide/graphene oxide composite material with specific capacitance of above 390 F/g. The sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate and polyvinylpyrrolidone combines to form special structure of micro-element. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of nickel oxide/graphene oxide composite material involves preparing graphene oxide by Hummers method, adding sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate and polyvinylpyrrolidone to distilled water in the mass ratio of 1:1-3 to obtain mixed dispersion liquid, adding graphene oxide and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate in the mass ratio of 1:1-3, dispersing the obtained mixtures ultrasonically to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adding nickel nitrate hexahydrate and urea to graphene oxide dispersion liquid, stirring the mixtures magnetically to obtain reaction liquid, transferring the reaction liquid to polytetrafluoroethylene reactor, placing the reaction mixture in thermostatic drying oven at 70-90 degrees C for 10-16 hours, cooling the reaction mixture to room temperature, filtering cooled mixtures, washing filtered product and calcining dried product at 300-500 degrees C.
