▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Epoxy castor oil, isooctanol and catalyst D001 resin are stirred, to obtain base oil liquid. The base oil liquid is washed, to obtain lubricant base oil. Graphene-containing molybdenum disulfide is added to deionized water, and transferred to carbon nanotube dispersion and stirred, to obtain carbon-doped graphene-containing molybdenum disulfide dispersion. Base oil, carboxymethylcellulose, sodium diisopropylnaphthalenesulfonate, polyvinyl alcohol, sodium petroleum sulfonate and carbon-doped graphene-containing molybdenum disulfide dispersion are stirred, to obtain lubricant. USE - Preparation of lubricant used for metal wire drawing. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of lubricant with high stability, heat resistance and dispersibility, and low friction coefficient. The lubricant is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 100-120 mL Methyl ricinoleate and 5.5-6 mL formic acid are added to a reactor, stirred at 300-400 rpm for 10-15 minutes and heated at 50-60 degrees C. 50-60 mL 20 %mass Hydrogen peroxide solution having fraction of 1-2 mL/minute is added to mixture, stirred at 60-70 degrees C, reacted for 5-6 hours, maintained still and stratified. Upper oil phase is taken, 5 %mass sodium carbonate solution is added to washed upper oil phase until the washing liquid is neutral. The mixture is vacuum distilled to remove low-boiling-point solvent, to obtain epoxy castor oil. 60-80 mL Epoxy castor oil, 150-180 mL isooctanol and 4-5 g catalyst D001 resin are added to reactor, stirred at 300-400 rpm for 15-20 minutes, heated at 80-90 degrees C and constant-temperature reacted for 3-5 hours, to obtain base oil liquid. The base oil liquid is washed with deionized water and 2 %mass sodium hydroxide solution until the washing solution is neutral, to obtain lubricant base oil. 5-6 g Molybdenum disulfide powder, 1.5-1.8 g sodium cholate and 1-1.2 L deionized water are mixed, placed in constant-temperature water bath at 40-50 degrees C, ultrasonically dispersed at 400 W for 6-8 hours, added to centrifuge, centrifuged at 3000-4000 rpm for 20-30 minutes, and supernatant is collected. Supernatant is centrifugally separated at 10000-12000 rpm for 30-40 minutes, and precipitate is collected, to obtain graphene-containing molybdenum disulfide. Graphene-containing molybdenum disulfide is added to 300-500 mL deionized water, ultrasonically cleaned at 300 W for 3-5 times, and transferred to 1-1.2 L 0.1 %mass carbon nanotube dispersion, stirred at 600-800 rpm for 1-2 hours, to obtain carbon-doped graphene-containing molybdenum disulfide dispersion. 8-12 pts. wt. Base oil, 1-2 pts. wt. carboxymethylcellulose, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium diisopropylnaphthalenesulfonate, 3-4 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol and 100-120 pts. wt. deionized water are added to reactor, heated at 70-80 degrees C and stirred at 300-400 rpm for 20-30 minutes. 1-2 pts. wt. Sodium petroleum sulfonate is added to mixture and stirred for 30-40 minutes. 20-30 pts. wt. Carbon-doped graphene-containing molybdenum disulfide dispersion is added to mixture and stirred at 800-1000 rpm for 1-2 hours, to obtain lubricant.
