NOVELTY - Flexible film comprises 5-35 wt.% titanium tetrachloride, 0.2-0.3 wt.% calcium chloride, 0.1-0.3 wt.% bismuth trichloride, 2-40 wt.% ethanol, 1-30 wt.% silver nano-line, 1-15 wt.% copper nano-wire, 1-20 wt.% graphene, 10-40 wt.% stannic chloride, 1-10 wt.% epoxy resin based tackifier, 1-20 wt.% conductive fiber, 1-12 wt.% polyethylene oxide-polyacrylate, 0.5-18 wt.% silver particles, 0.5-30 wt.% silicone oil, 0.5-18 wt.% methyltrichlorosilane and 0.5-30 wt.% trimethylchlorosilane and phenyl chloride. USE - Used as flexible film. ADVANTAGE - The flexible film has excellent conductivity, high transparency and mechanical flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing flexible film, comprising (i) mixing above mentioned raw materials, then heating and stirring uniformly, completely dissolving the solid component, and cooling to room temperature, (ii) filtering the dissolved mixture to obtain processed solution, (iii) coating the processed solution to a flexible electro-thermal film carrier surface and heating the furnace through negative pressure spraying gun to form flexible electric-heating film layer, and (iv) coating silver oxide paste on both surfaces of the flexible electric-heating film layer, then adding to the electrode processing furnace for roasting, then integrally fusing silver oxide slurry with flexible electric heating film into one to obtain flexible film product.
