NOVELTY - The preparation method of anatase-type flower-shaped diamond titanium dioxide/graphene composite material involves (1) adding titanium tetrachloride solution to graphene oxide dispersion liquid, fully stirring and heating, cooling to room temperature, washing to neutral, and drying to obtain sample, calcining in the nitrogen atmosphere at 400-600 degrees C to obtain anatase-type titanium dioxide seed crystal/graphene composite material, and (2) adding titanium tetrachloride solution to the hydrochloric acid solution to obtain titanium precursor solution, adding anatase-type titanium dioxide seed crystal/graphene composite material, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain mixed solution, transferring the mixed dispersion to a hydrothermal reactor, transferring to oven, hydrothermally reacting, cooling to room temperature, filtering, collecting the filter cake, washing to neutral, and drying. USE - Preparation method of anatase-type flower-shaped diamond titanium dioxide/graphene composite material for photocathode. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of anatase-type flower-shaped diamond titanium dioxide/graphene composite material with excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency and anti-corrosion effect.
