NOVELTY - Preparing graphene material comprises arc heating a reaction space to 3500-3800K under a protective gas environment, and introducing a reaction gas into the reaction space, the reaction gas including acetylene and/or methane, and obtaining 2-5 layers of graphene material. USE - The graphene material is useful in the field of air purification, water purification, medical field and field of clothing (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene material utilizes low-cost methane or acetylene as the reaction gas to prepare a high-quality graphene material. The method is simple, economical, and is suitable for large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene material comprising a graphene material obtained by implementing the graphene preparation method.
