NOVELTY - Preparing portable electrochemical sensor involves embedding gold nanoparticles on the surface of graphene oxide and carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes to obtain nucleic acid aptamer carrier material, mixing the chitosan solution and the nucleic acid aptamer carrier material solution, adding dropwise on the surface of the glassy carbon electrode to obtain a modified glassy carbon electrode, and immobilizing the sulfhydryl-modified lead ion nucleic acid aptamer on the surface of the modified glassy carbon electrode through gold-sulfur bonds to obtain a product. USE - Method for preparing portable electrochemical sensor used for detecting lead ion, where the lead is a human non-essential metal element, human micro-exposure exists reproductive toxicity, neurotoxicity and gene toxicity. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes simple, fast and accurate field detection of lead ion.
