NOVELTY - Reducing grain boundary resistance of oxide inorganic solid electrolyte comprises (i) preparing two-dimensional nano-sheet dispersion liquid of oxide-inorganic solid-solid electrolyte, (ii) stacking the oxide-insulating electrolyte 2D nanosheet in the dispersion solution on a base film to form a layered frame, (iii) introducing a precursor solution of g-carbon nitride into the layered frame, and (iv) calcining the product under an inert atmosphere to obtain obtain a layered oxide inorganic solid electrolyte membrane for in-situ growth of graphene-carbon nitride modified layer. USE - The method for reducing oxide inorganic solid electrolyte grain boundary resistance useful in all solid lithium batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method effectively reduces the oxide inorganic solid electrolyte two-dimensional nano-sheet of grain boundary resistance. The battery assembled by the electrolyte has excellent cycle life and high safety, reduces the capacity attenuation of the battery, and increases the service life of battery.
