▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing thiospinel/graphene-based electrode material, involves (i) placing 10-15 %mass graphite oxide in a mixed solvent of distilled water and ethylene glycol and uniformly dispersing by ultrasound to prepare a graphene oxide solution, (ii) mixing iron salt solution and nickel salt solution to form a metal salt solution, where the molar ratio of the solute in the iron salt solution and the nickel salt solution is 1:2, (iii) adding sulfur source to metal salt solution, and uniformly stirring to form a mixed salt solution, where the molar ratio of the solute in the mixed solution of the sulfur source to the nickel salt solution and the manganese salt solution is 1:(1-4), and (iv) dripping the mixed salt solution to the graphene oxide solution, uniformly stirring, performing hydrothermal reaction at 60-180 degrees C for 6-18 hours, cooling to room temperature, performing suction filtration, collecting the precipitate, washing and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing thiospinel/graphene-based electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method simplifies the preparation process of thiospinel/graphene-based composite material, and improves production efficiency and electrochemical performance of electrode material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a thiospine/graphene-based electrode material prepared by the above method which is a violarite-reduced graphene oxide composite, where the violarite particles are grown on a wrinkled reduced graphene oxide, and the specific capacitance of the thiospinel/graphene electrode material is 1822.7 F/g.
