▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of flexible transparent thin film electrode involves: (1) coating a conductive nanowire material organic solvent dispersion on preheated substrate and drying; (2) adding 5 vol.% dimethyl sulfoxide and 2 vol.% Triton X-100(RTM: tert-octylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol) as a surfactant to conductive polymer solution, ultrasonically processing to form a conductive polymer mixed solution, then physically blending with conductive nanowire dispersion, adding to deionized water for diluting, adhering on the substrate coated with conductive nanowire material by spraying and drying; and (3) injecting a flexible substrate material to a mold, then attaching the conductive material surface of the substrate processed in step (2) to the substrate material, vacuumizing, and stripping the substrate after imprinting with a high thermal conductivity plate. USE - Preparation of flexible transparent thin film electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode has high material utilization rate, and excellent conductivity, light transmittance, flexibility and chemical stability, can be prepared in large area, and is suitable for industrial popularization.
