▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing rod-shaped bismuth sulfide/reduced graphene oxide composite material comprises (i) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water to obtain a graphene mixed solution, (ii) using the bismuth-containing inorganic substance as bismuth source, sulfur-containing compound as sulfur source, and deionized water as solvent, stirring and uniformly mixing, mixing the mixed solution and the graphene mixed solution of step (i) together, and performing hydrothermal reaction, (iii) repeatedly washing the precipitate after hydrothermal reaction with deionized water and ethanol, and performing centrifugal treatment, and (iv) vacuum drying the precipitate, and obtaining bismuth sulfide/reduced graphene oxide composite material with controllable morphology and size. USE - The method is useful for preparing rod-shaped bismuth sulfide/reduced graphene oxide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple to operate; adjusts the size of the bismuth sulfide rods in prepared composite material by the ratio of the reactant bismuth source to graphene; has good electron mobility and unique surface properties; and improves the performance of composite materials by synergistic effect of bismuth sulfide and graphene.
