The graphene oxide is reduced to graphene to obtain the composite material. USE - Method for preparing bis-graphene-zinc sulfide photoelectric composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the bis-graphene-zinc sulfide photoelectric composite material in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with good photoelectric responsiveness and good photoelectric field application prospects.
