NOVELTY - Bis-graphene-zinc sulfide photoelectric composite material preparation involves using hydrophilic and lipophilic amphiphilic emulsification of graphene oxide to emulsify two immiscible raw material solutions through a one-step solvothermal reaction to deposit bismuth (III) sulfide on one side of graphene oxide and zinc sulfide on the other side at the same time. The graphene oxide is reduced to graphene to obtain the composite material. USE - Method for preparing bis-graphene-zinc sulfide photoelectric composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the bis-graphene-zinc sulfide photoelectric composite material in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with good photoelectric responsiveness and good photoelectric field application prospects.
