▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing three-dimensional reduced graphene oxide/indium oxide composite room temperature gas sensing material comprises e.g. (i) ultrasonic dispersing graphene oxide prepared by improved Hummers method in deionized water to obtain graphene oxide colloidal solution, (ii) dissolving indium chloride tetrahydrate, trisodium citrate and urea in graphene oxide colloidal solution, stirring, and (iii) placing mixed solution in reaction kettle and incubating in incubator, collecting solid product by centrifugation, washing, lyophilizing, drying, placing in tube furnace, calcining, and insulating. USE - The method is useful for preparing three-dimensional reduced graphene oxide/indium oxide composite room temperature gas sensing material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing three-dimensional reduced graphene oxide/indium oxide composite room temperature gas sensing material comprises (i) ultrasonic dispersing graphene oxide prepared by improved Hummers method in 10-100 ml deionized water to obtain graphene oxide colloidal solution, where concentration of graphene oxide is 2-15 mg/ml, (ii) dissolving indium chloride tetrahydrate, trisodium citrate and urea in graphene oxide colloidal solution, stirring at room temperature for 1 hour, where concentration of indium chloride tetrahydrate is 0.01-0.1 mol/l, concentration of trisodium citrate is 0.01-0.5 mol/l, and concentration of urea is 0.01-0.1 mol/l, controlling molar ratio between indium chloride tetrahydrate and trisodium citrate is 1:2-8, and molar ratio between indium chloride tetrahydrate and urea is 1:0.1-2, and (iii) placing mixed solution in reaction kettle and incubating in incubator at 120-160 degrees C for 24-38 hours, collecting resulting solid product by centrifugation, washing with deionized water and absolute ethanol, and lyophilizing at -50 degrees inside the box, drying for 24-72 hours, then placing in tube furnace, calcining under high temperature argon atmosphere at 500-600 degrees C, and insulating for 2-6 hours to obtain final product.
