▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-doped conductive silver paste, comprises 20-25 pts. wt. palladium quantum dot-doped graphene dispersion, 50-60 pts. wt. nano silver powder, 10-15 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 30-40 pts. wt. light-curing resin, 5-8 pts. wt. low-temperature curing resin, and 8-10 pts. wt. additives. The particle size of the nano-scale silver powder is 50-100 nm, and the nano-sized silver powder has a dendritic shape. USE - Used as graphene-doped conductive silver paste. ADVANTAGE - The paste increases electrical conductivity, avoids the use of high temperature for curing and reducing operating requirements.
