NOVELTY - A fluorescent labeled and non-fluorescent labeled marker, is new. USE - The fluorescent labeled and non-fluorescent labeled marker is useful for detecting MSO/GO based mercury ion (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The marker enables to detect MSO/GO based mercury ion simply, cost-effectively, rapidly and conveniently without any special condition with high sensitivity. The method provides lowest detection limit of 10 pM and reduces synthesizing cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A fluorescent labeled and non-fluorescent labeled marker, is new. The fluorescent labeled and non-fluorescent labeled marker comprises base pair sequence of 5'-ttctttctt-3', and 5'-ttgtttgtt-3'.
