NOVELTY - Graphite radiating dope comprises 0-60 wt.% epoxy resin, 0-52 wt.% polyester resin, 0-8 wt.% polysiloxane resin, 3-10 wt.% curing agent, 0.1 -0.8 wt.% curing accelerator, 0.05-2 wt.% flatting agent, 0.8-1.5 wt.% degassing agent, 0.6-2.0 wt.% brightener, 0.2-1.6 wt.% carbon black, 5 -8 wt.% carbon nano-tube, 2-8 wt.% graphene, 0.5-8.0 wt.% pigment, and 20-40 wt.% filler. USE - Graphite radiating dope. ADVANTAGE - The graphite radiating dope avoids film layer adhesive force difference and heat conducting, rapidly cools auxiliary electronic chip, improves heat dissipation efficiency of electronic product, and reduced machine working environment temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphite radiating dope, which involves mixing epoxy resin, polyester resin, polysiloxane resin, curing agent, curing accelerator, flatting agent, degassing agent, brightener, carbon black, carbon nanotube, graphene, pigment, and filler into mixer, and then subjecting to sectional temperature melt extrusion, performing tabletting, crushing, and sieving at first heating temperature of 90-100 degrees C and second heating temperature of 75-86 degrees C, respectively to obtain final product.
