NOVELTY - Weather resistance modified plastic comprises 65-67 pts. wt. polystyrene resin, 56-58 pts. wt. alkyd resin, 51-53 pts. wt. furfuryl alcohol phenolic resin, 39-41 pts. wt. low-density polyethylene, 32-34 pts. wt. petroleum resin, 15-17 pts. wt. waste plastic, 4-6 pts. wt. nano sepiolite, 1.7-1.9 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.7-0.9 pts. wt. heat resistance, 0.7-0.9 pts. wt. low temperature resistant agent and 0.6-0.8 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Used as weather resistance modified plastic. ADVANTAGE - The modified plastic has strong high temperature resistance and low temperature resistance, improved strength and fusion properties, and improves crack resistance; and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of modified plastic comprising (i) leaning and crushing the waste plastic, heating at 80-90 degrees C with a heating rate of 2-3 degrees C/minutes, and then heating at 0.4-0.6 degrees C/minutes, (ii) mixing polystyrene resin, alkyd resin and furfuryl alcohol phenolic resin, heating at 160-170 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, adding nano sepiolite, stirring and heating at 340-360 degrees C for 30-40 minutes to obtain mixture A, (iii) adding low density polyethylene, petroleum resin and lubricant into the mixture A, stirring at 270-290 degrees C for 40-60 minutes, cooling, adding melted waste plastic, heat-resistant agent, low temperature-resisting agent and graphene, and stirring for 30-40 minutes to obtain mixture B, and (iv) extruding the product obtained in step (iii), forming and cooling to obtain final product.
